Return & Refund Policy

At Light of Cards, we take pride in ensuring the authenticity and quality of our products. Due to the collectible nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of an incorrect item being sent.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at lightofcards@outlook.com. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or buyer’s remorse.

Sale items and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and arrange for the correct item to be shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if an incorrect item was sent and cannot be replaced. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at lightofcards@outlook.com.

Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times vary by location:
